A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join Zurich’s leadership team as Executive Assistant to the Chief of Staff, as well as supporting the CEO Office.
This is a key role where you will help drive the seamless operation of the business by providing a stellar level of support in an agile, dynamic environment. Your central responsibilities will be those of a true EA - from managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings, minute taking, diary management to handling sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to enhance your growth by assisting with strategic initiatives and special projects. As you collaborate with a diverse range stakeholders, your innate organisational skills and initiative will be vital to ensuring the efficiency of the CEO Office.

- Strong experience in an executive support role, preferably in a corporate environment
- Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Proven experience managing complex schedules, coordinating events, and handling confidential information
- Ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast paced, agile atmosphere
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, solution focused mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools.
