**Role Overview**

As a **Marketing Specialist** at YARRA Radiology (VDX Radiology Pty Ltd) you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness, drive patient acquisition, and support our referring healthcare providers. You will manage digital and traditional marketing channels, ensuring consistent messaging and effective outreach.

**Key Responsibilities**

Your role as a Marketing Specialist will include:
**Strategic Marketing & Campaign Management**
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance YARRA Radiology’s brand and patient outreach.
- Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and referral-based initiatives.
- Ensure marketing efforts align with business goals and regulatory requirements.

**Digital Marketing & Social Media**
- Oversee YARRA Radiology’s digital presence, including website management, SEO, and paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
- Create and manage social media content to engage patients and healthcare professionals.
- Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools to track patient engagement and referrals.

**Referral & Stakeholder Engagement**
- Develop marketing materials and educational content for GPs, specialists, and allied health professionals.
- Organize workshops, events, and presentations to strengthen relationships with referring doctors.
- Manage communications and PR efforts to promote YARRA Radiology’s services.

**Market Research & Performance Analysis**
- Conduct research to understand patient needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.
- Provide reports on key marketing metrics, ROI, and patient acquisition trends.

**Required Skills & Experience**
- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 12 months Marketing experience, preferably in Radiology, healthcare or medical services
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and paid media.
- Graphic design and content creation skills (Adobe Suite, Canva)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Knowledge of Radiology Industry
