**The role**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, data-informed tactical Demand Generation Specialist to join our talented and passionate marketing team. This role will own the execution and build out of our outbound campaigns and outreach functions, with a primary focus on LinkedIn. This role suits someone who has a flexible approach and the ability to adapt to various marketing strategies.

**What you'll do**:

- Create, manage, and execute on an outbound campaign strategy and plan for LinkedIn
- Strategically utilise the LinkedIn networks of senior employees and the executive team to acquire net new leads
- Produce a repeatable, scalable LinkedIn campaign structure
- Generate MQLs and coordinate meetings with Sales for hot leads
- Work with marketing team to leverage content and upcoming events for demand generation campaigns
- Report on campaign plans, performance, and insights, with the ability to make data-informed suggestions to improve conversion rates

KPI's:

- Velocity of outbound demand generation campaigns
- Net new MQLs and SQLs acquired
- Net new opportunities sourced

**What we're looking for**:

- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Background in B2B marketing for a SaaS company
- Consistent track record in achieving and exceeding marketing targets
- Outstanding written communication and attention to tone
- Highly organised and process-driven with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- High level of integrity, flexibility, and accountability
- Positive, tenacious attitude, independent thinker, and a team player
- Self-starter and proactive in seeking and recommending new LinkedIn tech solutions/add-ons to untap LinkedIn potential

Tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and associated LinkedIn add-ons and extensions
- Proficient in Salesforce, Marketo, and Intercom a plus
