As we continue to expand our creative team, we're on the hunt for a **Creative Video Editor & Photoshop Specialist** to help us take our visual content to the next level.

**Job Summary**

We’re looking for a creatively driven video editor and graphic designer who lives and breathes visual storytelling. You'll be responsible for editing short-form and long-form video content, designing graphics and ad creatives, and supporting the team with eye-catching visual assets for various campaigns and social platforms.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about aesthetics, and wants to make a real impact with their creativity.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Edit high-quality video content for social media, paid ads, YouTube, and websites (reels, shorts, long-form edits)
- Design visually compelling graphics, thumbnails, banners, and other assets using Photoshop
- Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and other creatives to bring marketing concepts to life
- Repurpose footage into multiple formats tailored for different platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube)
- Add transitions, sound effects, captions, and motion graphics where needed
- Maintain brand consistency and follow creative briefs closely
- Stay updated with video and design trends, especially in performance-focused content

**What We’re Looking For**
- 3+ years of experience in video editing and graphic design (agency or freelance work acceptable)
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro/Davinchi/ any other professional editing software and Photoshop (After Effects and Illustrator a bonus)
- Strong eye for composition, visual balance, and motion rhythm
- Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Meta Ads
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with Canva and CapCut or willingness to adapt to tools used by the wider team
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bonus: Animation or motion graphics experience is a plus

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
