**We are seeking a motivated, eager, and professional individual to join our growing business.**

**Amity Property Group,** based in South Yarra, is one of our fastest growing companies, specialising in selling new residential projects off-the-plan as well as established. They have built an impressive track record of successfully marketing projects throughout Melbourne for a wide range of developers; from small firms undertaking their first development to major property groups, such as LK Group.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Providing project administrative support to stakeholders.
- Supporting research and analysis work to capture qualitative data.
- Be the first point of contact for all associated parties ie. sales agents, property managers.
- Support with renters and client/owners.
- Conducting due diligence and research for upcoming projects.
- Managing the day-to-day development tasks of projects.
- Provide market feedback to assist in decision making.

**You will have**:

- A Fluency speaking Hindi and Punjabi
- Ability to use WhatsApp
- Sound interpersonal skills, including the ability to work in a close team environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to effectively and efficiently solve problems.
- Keen eye for detail.
- Time management skills and ability to prioritise.
- Ability to take initiative and stay focused.
