About The Role

Put your organisational skills to work. This newly created role sits within the Global Water team and is based at our offices in Tonsley SA. You'll report directly to our Project Managers and play a key role in supporting the delivery of both small, packaged pump stations and large civil concrete pump station projects.

Key tasks will include:

  • Assist in planning and executing project tasks, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
  • Setting up deliveries of complete projects
  • Procuring stock for workshop and jobs, including processing stock orders and despatching
  • Liaising with clients and subcontractors via phone and email
  • Communicating and collaborating with internal teams to facilitate progress of projects
  • Creating and compiling documentation for projects

About You

We are looking for a motivated team player, who is a fast learner and will follow set processes and procedures. The successful candidate should possess the following attributes:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise competing tasks between long and short term projects, working collaboratively to support others
  • Can follow instructions carefully and use initiative to solve problems
  • Ability to work to timelines and targets whilst maintaining consistency in delivering a high quality standard of work
  • Accuracy in data entry and attention to detail
  • Software proficiency (experience in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and PDF editors preferable)
  • An administrative background in civil construction, plumbing, or manufacturing industry will be highly regarded
