**Customer Service Officer - **Planning and Land Development**

A State Government owned organisation who offers essential services to West Australians, have asked us for assistance in finding an experienced Customer Service Officer. As the Customer Service Officer, you will be required to provide efficient first point of contact, customer service advice and information to both internal & external customers, ensuring agreed SLA targets are met, using various corporate systems.

**The Role**

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

- Receive and Assess Planning and Land Development subdivision Applications, Approvals and Clearances.
- Make recommendations regarding conditions to be applied to Applications for Sub-division.
- Assess 3 phase enquiries
- Efficient handling of general and specialised queries and dealing with the query in an efficient manner and escalating where required
- Responsible for end-to-end management of assigned tasks, including the escalation of issues outside of process
- Implementing area Emergency Response strategies to deal with Fault Calls as part of the Call Centre or as back up to the Call Centre

**Role Requirements**
- Effective call handling skills and telephone manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication and organisational skills
- Good time management and ability to prioritise.
- Computer literate, able to quickly grasp the use of different systems
- Partake in area Emergency Response strategies to deal with Fault Calls
