Great opportunity for HR Business Partner with 3-5 years’ experience to work as part of a site HR team. Hands-on generalist role, lots of ER/IR.

**About the role**
A site-based role where you will report to the Site HR Manager and form part of the wider national HR team. You will work on a large, high performing site to support a workforce of 500. In this hands-on role, you will work with operational leaders on their people plan, coaching and educating key stakeholders across the business on performance management, Employee Relations and Industrial Relations, workforce planning, HR systems, and projects.

**You will have**:

- Employee/ Industrial Relations Experience - providing guidance and advice in relation the ER matters, exposure to Fair Work processes
- Experience managing performance and case management
- Ability to coach leaders and take them on the journey with best practices in mind
- Resourceful and a good executor
- A good sense of humour
