**About the role**:
With the flexibility to be based in Brisbane, Maroochydore, Gold Coast or even one of their regional sites like Townsville, this role has been created to assist in delivering some key change and culture initiatives across the multi -site business and Queensland employees. Reporting to the National HR Manager you will have the autonomy to build relationships onsite and have input into the strategic direction of HR. With a focus on sustainability and connection with stakeholders this business is setting a great foundation for growth.

Your role will include:

- Support delivery and roll out of key strategic HR initiatives and programs
- Act as an advisor, coach, and facilitator for HR across all levels of leadership
- Provide operational support across absenteeism, workers compensation, employee lifecycle and absenteeism across 14 sites.
- Develop and support the delivery of talent management plans including leadership development
- Support ER delivery across performance management, disciplinary matters, and complaints
- Share key market intelligence to Client Groups and HR Business Partners

**About you**:
You are an experienced and confident professional that is keen to get back to some hands-on HR work. This is a great role for someone who loves to coach empower and develop leaders in the business. Unlike other operational HRBP role, this role will not have a strong focus on ER and Union management. You will need:

- Proven experience in an operational HR generalist role
- A passion for building genuine face to face relationships
- Results oriented with the ability to see the bigger picture
- Positive, engaging and problem-solving attitude
- Happy to travel and engage face to face on a quarterly basis
