Autosports Group (ASG), is a large, listed retail automotive group representing the world’s greatest prestige and luxury automotive brands and has over 1800 employees across 55 dealerships in NSW/VIC/QLD and NZ.

Based in QLD we have an exciting opportunity for a HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join this fun, driven and motivated national team.

Reporting to the General Manager, Human Resources this role will provide functional project support which may include planning, change management, co-ordination of communications and working within a supportive team environment. The role will partner with the business to ensure we deliver the right experience and development opportunities for all employees at ASG.

**Key aspects of this role will include but not be limited to**:

- Ensure the implementation of ASG’s HR policies and procedures
- Assist with the roll out of strategic initiatives including apprentice programs, sales cadet programs, drive our D&I agenda and policy reviews
- Coach and develop leaders in the business on employee matters
- Work as part of a national HR team in a growth organisation
- Attend any employee negotiations, mediations, tribunals etc as required
- Liaise closely with the Dealer Principals on all employee related matters

**What we are looking for in you**
- You are a natural born problem solver with more than two (2) years as a HRBP and looking to take the next step.
- You are motivated, optimistic, self-driven and a team player; let’s win together
- Strong stakeholder management building relationships across all levels of our organisation
- HR qualifications and experience
- Understanding of the typical business structures and having experience working in both white
- and blue-collar environments
