- Lead, manage and promote people management practices to achieve success through excellent stakeholder relationships and continuous service improvement activities for the region including, but not limited to:

- coordinate, develop and implement HR solutions that address key workforce challenges.
- use HR knowledge to shape both strategic and operational advice to meet business needs.
- proactively develop and sustain relationships across the business to ensure comprehensive understanding of opportunities and challenges faced and people management development opportunities.
- support business units with succession planning.
- develop and lead best practice across end-to-end employee life cycle.
- policy development and documentation.
- reward & recognition strategies.
- drive retention strategies through strategic human resources business partner relationships.
- ensure appropriate communication at all levels.
- Lead and guide manager in the resolution of performance and employee relations matters.

**Qualifications**
Professionally qualified in a relevant field.
