**Your new company**

We have partnered with a reputable ASX-listed mining organisation, with people and safety as a core focus. They are looking to appoint a HR Business Partner on a permanent full-time basis to work within an established HR team to support their workforce throughout QLD.

**Your new role**

In this role you will work with leaders within the business providing best practise HR direction and advice to support all employees. Key duties will include:

- ER, case management and investigations
- Performance management and reviews
- Remuneration & benefits
- Leading people change management initiatives
- Driving and actively using key HRIS tools to support people strategy

**What you'll need to succeed**

Your key success in this role will be attributed to your previous generalist HR experience at a Business Partner or Senior Advisor level within a medium to large organisation. You will have tertiary qualifications within a related field and demonstrate a strong understanding of Australian and Queensland HR legislation and employment law. Heavy industry experience and exposure and working with Industrial Workforces and Unions will be highly regarded for this role.
