About your new Role: 

As the Human Resources Business Partner – Projects at Brighter Super, you'll play a key role in driving strategic HR initiatives that enhance employee experience and support business transformation. Reporting to the Head of Partnering and Operations, you'll lead and support a range of HR projects while also providing generalist HR partnering support. This is a dynamic role that works closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful change, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure alignment with organisational priorities.

  • Lead and support organisational change and workforce planning initiatives to drive efficiency and engagement
  • Partner with senior leaders to align HR strategy with business goals and enable transformation
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance management
  • Develop and implement HR policies that ensure compliance with legislation and best practice
  • Support the interpretation and application of the Enterprise Agreement and industrial relations frameworks
  • Build strong relationships across the business to foster collaboration, continuous improvement, and positive member outcomes

About You:

Your ability to build trusted relationships and navigate complex HR challenges makes you a key contributor to a high-performing, people-focused culture.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 5–8 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in HR business partnering and project delivery
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, employment law, and compliance requirements
  • Proven experience in employee relations
  • Commercial orientation with a focus on member outcomes and business growth
  • High level of initiative, accountability, and goal orientation
  • Flexible style, growth mindset, and solutions-focused approach
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
  • Warm, approachable, and highly collaborative, with a genuine passion for fostering strong, trust-based relationships
  • Experience in professional services industry ideally with a background in financial services and superannuation
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise agreements and industrial relations frameworks
