As the Organisational Change Lead, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals and contribute to the success of a high-profile project.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement an organisational change management plan for the client's business
- Manage and oversee the change management process, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities with project plans
- Work with business leaders to identify change impacts and develop strategies to address them
- Provide guidance and support to business leaders to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities and adjust strategies as necessary
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to support adoption of new processes and systems

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Organisational Change Lead or in a similar role
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in developing and implementing change management plans
- Knowledge of change management methodologies and tools
- Experience in the telecommunications and internet industry would be an advantage
