Administration Support & Payroll

**Your new company**

Hays has partnered with a well-established, global distribution company who is currently seeking a Payroll and Administration Officer

**Your new role**
- Processing payroll both weekly and fortnightly for up to 80 staff
- Awards interpretations
- Answering incoming calls
- Provide Admin support
- Completing the on-boarding for new employees and establish manuals for new starters
- Providing advice on counselling and performance reviews
- Ordering uniforms
- Support the OHS Manager with maintaining and updating the safety and medical documentation

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Full function payroll experience
- Strong administration back round
- Understanding of payroll legislation and ability to interpret agreements and awards
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to problem-solve
- Ability to prioritise tasks and utilise effective organisational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
