Administration Support - Murarrie

The Role

Some of your responsibilities may include and not limited to:
- Provide general administration support to all areas of the Security Sensitive - East business.- Manage processing of weekly/monthly customer invoicing which includes obtaining customer purchase orders, updating registers, processing of revenue, handling non-compliant invoicing queries, manage credit forms and assist with reporting through to Commercial Manager at end of month.- Review aged unposted revenue reports to provide understanding and document explanation for Commercial Manager.- Maintain databases and revenue/subcontractor reports as required for the team.- Train in all administration areas to provide back up support for Accounts Payable, Payroll, daily revenue processing for QLD & NSW and processing of rail & subcontractor invoices.- Identify areas of administrative processes that can be improved and support the design and development of new or refines processes or strategies to implement those improvements.

What you will bring to be successful in this role:
- Previous experience in transport and logistics highly desirable or the willingness to learn and succeed.- Very strong written and verbal skills.- Intermediate computer skills with particularly strong focus on excel skills.- A safety champion and a focus on compliance and safety- Demonstrated time management, delegation and prioritising skills.
