An Administration Assistant is required for a Body Corporate management company located at our Spring Hill office.
Life experience is preferred
Our office seeks an experienced candidate to join our 'small team environment' at Australasian Body Corporate Management. The position available is to provide administration support to our experienced Body Corporate Managers in various tasks and will extend to include reception tasks. Training will be provided. Working on a full time basis Monday to Friday.
Your Responsibilities Will Include -
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Responding to email correspondence
- Arranging appropriate insurance renewals and claims
- Administration activities pertaining to Body Corporate Management
- Assist the Body Corporate Manager in the preparation of Agenda and Minutes, attend meetings and complete registration
- Generate and issue Body Corporate Certificates and other various compliances
- Preparation of various reports as directed by management
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients
- Be able to learn and interpret legislation in accordance with the Body Corporate Community Management Act 1997
