We are currently seeking a Marketing and Events Coordinator to join our team and provide vital support to our Senior Marketing and Brand Manager in executing marketing initiatives and organizing events. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our direct marketing and fundraising databases, managing website updates, and implementing digital marketing strategies. Additionally, you will take charge of planning and coordinating various corporate events, such as the Annual Charity Golf and Tennis Days, Annual General Meeting, Staff Awards, and site celebrations. To excel in this position, you must possess outstanding interpersonal skills and be able to foster strong relationships with donors, key partners, and colleagues.

**What you bring**:

- Experience in maintaining databases and data processing, ensuring accurate transaction records are maintained and data is extracted, analysed and presented accurately.
- Demonstrated end-to-end events management experience, presenting as a professional, proactive individual.
- Understanding of key marketing principles in a not-for-profit
- Keen eye for detail and high degree of
- Understanding of design and print
- Ability to plan and execute multiple sequential and interrelated
- Strong project planning and management
- Current Victorian driver’s licence.

**Desirable**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Communications.
- Experience in graphic design across the Adobe Suite.
- Understanding of internet publishing.
- Ability to manage direct mail campaigns.
- Experience with The Raisers Edge or other donor/supporter management database CRM.
