Role description:
Do you live and breathe social media, content creation, and storytelling? Are you detail-oriented and love thinking creatively?
In this hybrid role, you'll help manage social media accounts, create compelling content plans, and support the execution of social media and influencer marketing strategies including paid campaigns, reporting, and analysis. Working alongside our social media and design team, you'll help deliver creative, effective campaigns that elevate our clients' brands.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and produce creative assets (social, digital, print) in line with brand guidelines
- Plan, film, and edit engaging video content
- Plan, create, and manage content for META (Reels, Stories, in-feed) as well as YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Foster positive engagement through community management
- Assist in developing and managing influencer campaigns, including shortlisting, outreach, coordination, and reporting
- Curate content shoot briefs and assist with shoot operations
- Support the wider social team with campaign execution
- Report on social media performance and share actionable insights
- Assist and manage paid campaigns to expand reach and visibility
Skills and Experience:
- 1–2+ years of experience in social media marketing, ideally within an agency environment
- A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred but not essential, provided relevant experience can be demonstrated
- Proficiency in social media platforms (META, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)
- Experience with social media management and scheduling tools (e.g., META Business Suite, AirTable, Sked)
- Understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong video editing skills
- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
