Exciting opportunity for an experienced Chief Revenue Officer, to join an established world leader in Priority Processing - software that helps businesses manage large volumes of incoming work that is time sensitive and requires human intervention. The specialisation is in insurance and sales experience in this sector is required.

**What you'll do**:

- Lead the sales team to achieve their sales quota of strategic sales opportunities
- Develop a Business Development and Account Management practice across the business
- Identify, manage and close your own quota of strategic sales meeting the quarterly sales targets
- Work with the CEO to build a best practice sales and marketing engine across both Business Development and Account Management.
- Build Business Development and Account Management teams.
- Lead, support and raise the capability of marketing efforts in the region and work with the USA business on their marketing functionality

**What you need**:

- Extensive experience selling software into the insurance sector
- Demonstrated success leading and developing high performance sales teams
- Experience in leading a marketing team and depth of experience in all areas of marketing
- Strong service inclination and determination to close sales opportunities
- Ability to engage effectively and build relationships with “C” level contacts
