**YOUR ROLE IN A NUTSHELL**:
You will be the go-to person for all things revenue related, collaborating with the business and commercial teams across multiple agencies. You will be a team player with great communication and will become an expert on our policies and SOX framework as well as chief investigator for all intercompany related queries.

**KEY STAKEHOLDERS**:
Commercial finance teams, account service teams, investment teams, shared service teams and various other internal stakeholders. Exposure to some external clients and suppliers.

**WHAT YOU SHOULD SPEND YOUR TIME DOING**:

- Adherence to revenue recognition in accordance with agency policy, SOX policy and client contracts, including actioning accruals and deferrals
- Prepare end of month COGS, billing & revenue calculation templates
- Prepare revenue accrual journal template and billing file
- Adhere to intercompany deadlines
- Coordinate and finalise all necessary month end reports i.e. Revenue variance commentary, Credit Note Summary, Invoice Summary, User access reviews
- Liaise with accounts receivables and media reconcilers to resolve any debtor queries
- Preparation of monthly JCR review and WIP reports
- Ensure all jobs are up-to-date and reconciled on a timely basis in accordance with group policies
- Ensure all prebills are reconciled and invoices are correctly offset against prebills where relevant (no overdue invoices due to prebills)
- Working with master data management team in managing client and supplier setups and amendments
- Setting up new accounts in Salesforce
- Providing assistance during internal and external client audits
- Coordinate and follow up on queries in the event of invoice dispute
- Adhoc support on projects

- Spectra (BCC) Enterprise experience (preferred but not essential)
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office programs
