**About the role**

Our client is looking for an experienced, forward-thinking Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their fast-paced, high-growth business. Working collaboratively with the CEO, Board and Leadership team, the CFO will contribute to the overall organisational strategy and drive revenue growth and profitability.

Key Duties:

- Development and implementation of a robust financial strategy, with complementary plans and forecasts that aligns with the organisation's vision and strategic objectives.
- Assess organisational performance against both the budget or forecast and the enterprise strategy.
- Ensure appropriate tools and systems are in place to provide critical financial and operational information to the CEO and the Board; Interpret analyse and present financial and commercial information to the Executive Management team and Board and make recommendations as required.
- Managing the Finance Team and their roles and responsibilities, including in respect of production finance and corporate finance functions.
- Manage business risk and complexity of business structures/new opportunities
- Ensure planned sales, margins, and contributions are achieved on a monthly basis.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement across departments and related functions within the business.

- CA / CPA Qualified
- 5+ years experience in a similar leadership role
- Retial/FMCG/Media experience preferred
- Results-oriented, strategic thinker and planner
- Demonstrated strong leadership and management of a diverse team.
- Technically strong understanding statutory and regulatory requirements
- Strong leadership skills with a growth mindset
- Excellent communication to liaise with a broad range of stakeholders
- Self-motivated to drive function improvement
