Head of Revenue Operations

Our client a B2B SaaS Startup is looking for a Head of Revenue operations, to come on board and build out the Revops function from the ground up, setting up systems and processes, enabling a more effective GTM Strategy and operations and an improved and enhanced customer experience.

You’ll be implementing better processes, improving data quality and starting efficiency initiatives to ultimately provide a better buyer’s journey to the customers

This role would be suitable for someone with a data-driven mindset who is highly analytical, and who understands not just Sales Operations but Marketing Analytics and all the touch points across the full sales funnel to enhance the customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the Chief Growth Officer, Customer Success Leader, Head of Marketing and Head of Sales to improve their strategies, resourcing and execution.
- Be the go-to person for reports, dashboards and software implementation.
- Refine and standardise the sales and marketing processes across the organisation to improve operational efficiency, sales productivity, and internal communication.
- Build and maintain the framework to test, track and improve interactions with prospective customers throughout the entire buyer’s journey.
- Use HubSpot as the basis to build and maintain our sales and marketing tech + BI stack.

**Key Skills & Experience**:

- 5+ years of sales operations or finance and operations experience in B2B SaaS
- Experience researching and implementing new sales tools
- Experience identifying necessary sales process improvements and leading projects to drive change
- Ability to build a strategy with buy-in from multiple departments,
- Strong communication and presentation skills to achieve the above and reduce complexity
- Strong data-driven analytical skills (Initially not reliant on a BI Analyst for analysis and reporting)
- Experience modelling potential compensation and quota structures
- CRM tool experience, Hubspot or Salesforce - ideally
- Inquisitive and challenge the effectiveness of current processes and procedures
- Strong analytic and quantitative skills; ability to determine trends and propose solutions
- Experience in a SaaS Start up would be a bonus

This role is based in Sydney with a hybrid work model in place.
