About the role
As a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you are to own our commercial strategy and drive sustainable business growth. As part of the leadership team, you will report to the CEO and work closely with the CEO and CTO to align on revenue priorities with product and company goals, while leading all revenue-generating functions – sales, partnerships, pricing and customer success.

Define, lead and execute the company's revenue strategy in collaboration with the CEO and CTO. Revenue strategy and execution is to align with product and company goals.

Lead revenue generation functions, including sales, strategic partnerships, pricing model and customer success.

Build scalable revenue operations, including CRM, pipeline management, and revenue reporting.

Provide clear, data-driven forecasts and board-level insights.

Recruit, lead and develop a high-performing commercial team.

Partner cross-functionality with Product, Finance, and Marketing to ensure strong Go-to-Market alignment.

10+ years of experience in revenue leadership roles, such as VP of Sales, VP of Revenue, or CRO.

Proven track record of driving revenue growth in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Experience overseeing and scaling multiple revenue functions, including sales, partnerships, pricing, and customer success.

Demonstrated success in building and managing revenue operations and infrastructure (CRM, forecasting, metrics, etc.).

Strong strategic and commercial acumen with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Deep understanding of B2B Go-to-Market strategies and customer lifecycle management.

Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Operational mindset with experience in scaling systems, processes, and teams for growth

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA or other advanced degree is a plus).
