BUSINESS SYSTEMS TRAINER | PERMANENT FULL TIME | KEW, MELBOURNE

A bit about the role
We are currently looking for a Business Systems Trainer to join our Support Centre Team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong desire to utilise their communication and influencing skills whilst working in a fast-paced IT and Systems training environment.

**Your key focus will be to**:

- Run the IT Training function, ensuring that all scheduled and project-related training is delivered, and that all IT system and business process information is documented and published
- Manage the New Starter system induction process, the communication of change relating to all IT systems, BI reporting and IT infrastructure
- Drive the adoption of IT systems with a focus on our growing Business Intelligence capabilities. This includes monitoring of report usage, documenting, promotion of new (and existing) reports
- Assess requests for new reporting and recommend the best way to satisfy true business reporting requirements

What experience do I have?
- At least 2 years' experience in delivering training or business operational role with strong involvement in IT system
- Certificate Qualification in Systems Training, IT Implementation, IT Support, Account Management or Business Analysis
- Ability to educate and train new starters, and explain concepts in an easy-to-understand way
- Adaptable with an ability to prioritise a variety of tasks
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Ability to show initiative and be able to work autonomously
- Knowledge of Office 365 and cloud
- based apps would be an advantage
