About the role
The Service Delivery Manager, Information Technology Services will lead and manage resources at an operational level and, monitor third party support providers in the provision of high level ICT technical direction and support for the operation of local and enterprise systems/infrastructure within a large and complex site to ensure defined service levels are met efficiently and effectively.
The role is responsible for the management and development of the Service Delivery team within the Information Technology Service including internal and external support models. As well as the management and coordination of diverse technical resources including third party support models by providing guidance, advice and direction to meet and maintain defined service levels and execute work requests.
About you
- Proven high level interpersonal, written and oral communication skills including the ability to negotiate, advise, influence others and work collaboratively with people to make decisions (NHS: effective and strategic influencing, collaborative working).
- Proven ICT leadership and management skills, including an ability to manage change and generate a culture of continuous improvement (NHS: leading change through people).
- Demonstrated experience in the development and promotion of ITIL Service Management processes (primarily incident/ problem / change, configuration management) (SFIA Codes: USUP 4; PBMG 4; CHMG 4; CFMG 3).

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16
- Vaccinated against COVID-19 as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO.12/21and the Queensland Health Human Resources Policy B70.
