THE COMPANY

This well-established Accounting Firm with public transport access at its doorstep is seeking a friendly receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join their well-established team in Noble Park.

THE POSITION

THE SUCCESFUL CANDIDATE
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional presentation and phone manner
- Able to pick things up quickly
- Punctual with attention to detail
- Strong multi-tasking capability
- A committed team player with excellent interpersonal and team skills

Hours of work are Monday - Friday 8.30am -5pm with a 1-hour lunch break

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noble Park, VIC 3174: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi or Punjabi (preferred)
