Office Administrator/Receptionist

About the Role
As our Office Administrator/Receptionist, you'll play a key role in coordinating day-to-day maintenance activities, supporting trades, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and project teams.
Your role will be vital in keeping workflows on track, documentation in order, and everyone informed.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Scheduling and coordinating maintenance jobs with clients and trades
- Managing job documentation, reports, and data entry in our systems
- Handling calls and emails related to maintenance requests and updates
- Liaising with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth job progression
- Tracking work orders, purchase orders, and job completion statuses
- Providing general administrative support to the maintenance and operations teams
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 24 – 38 per week
