Based at the front Reception Desk, you will welcome visitors and employees alike in a professional and courteous manor, via phone and face to face interaction and provide traditional Reception duties along with a variety of administration duties.

Your passion to deliver exceptional customer service coupled with your friendly and personable approach, will aid in your success.

Your days will include;
- Meet & Greet visitors & staff with a warm, professional welcome
- Answer, screen, direct and announce all incoming reception phone calls
- Assist Covid Check in requirements of all visitors
- Meeting rooms, mail related tasks, equipment service calls
- Accepting deliveries and booking couriers
- General office and administrative duties
- Kitchen, catering and meeting room maintenance

The ideal applicant;
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role within a busy reception environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to help others with a “can do” approach
- Competence in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Demonstrated experience in an administrative position
- Must be reliable team member with strong attention to detail.
- Able to provide evidence of Covid19 immunisation _including booster by commencement_
