Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development Coordinator to join our People & Performance team. Reporting to the Head of Talent and Development, this role plays a pivotal role in coordinating Tip Top's people programs. You will be the first point of contact across Tip Top's Learning and Development, Talent & Capability and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.
You will assist with the development of various programs, playing a key role in designing learning content and delivering this through a range of delivery methods. Ideally, we are seeking someone who brings a creative mindset and strong communication skills who understand adult learning principles.
Purpose of the Role
- Provide support and coordination of leader development programs, including calendar invitations, venue, logistics, program materials and catering related to these programs
- Development of learning and communication content, processes and tools ensuring it aligns with the business needs and adult learning principles
- Planning and coordination of the annual L&D program roll out within each function and region by working with key stakeholders in the business and P&P
- Support with annual training reporting requirements through data collection, analysis and report submission
- Maintain and update training records in the LMS or other systems to manage and track training attendance
- Manage and update the P&P team site and internal L&D intranet page

About You
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment preferable
- Demonstrated experience within L&D and/or Human Resources
- Experience in design or learning and communication tools and resources
- Aptitude and eagerness to develop L&D and generalist HR skills and to contribute across the Tip Top and GWF people teams
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills with attention to detail
