Our client who are Australia's leading Insurance company is currently seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator for an initial 5 month contract, with a view to go permanent. This role would be supporting the Claims, Learning & Development team.

**Duties**:

- Coordinate and administer Learning and Development activities across Claims L&D teams.
- Schedule training sessions.
- Manage the requirements associated to support the Claims L&D team by coordinating facilities, technology and resources for facilitated training sessions.
- Provide administrative support for the effective management of induction programs.
- Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) to assist with maintaining, scheduling and reporting on courses, training sessions and team member attendance.

**Who you are**:

- Previous experience in Training and/or Learning and Development.
- Excellent communication skills
- Great team player
- Able to work in a fast pace environment
