**Service Administrator**
As a Service Administrator you will provide broad administrative support to Service and Spare Parts team of a global manufacturer of heavy vehicles and equipment.- Blacktown area | Varied Role with Global Leader

**About the company**:
Located in Blacktown, this is an excellent opportunity to join this well-established business supplying and servicing heavy earth moving equipment for their clients in the construction, engineering, and mining industries.**The Role**:
Reporting to the National Service Manager some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Customer Service - liaise with customers in relation to their service requirements
- Open and close Service jobs
- Coordinate and Allocate Technicians
- Ordering parts required for repairs
- Invoicing for all service-related transactions
- Warranty Administration and claims
- Assist Service Manager to monitor service projects in large volumes
- Safety Administration, update and maintain WHS administration
- Working closely with Service Technicians, Service Manager and Finance team
- Assist with the day to day administration and coordination of the service department
**About you**
- Previous experience providing administrative support to a Service department
- Excellent coordination skills
- Previous experience working with Technicians and coordinating and logging their jobs
- You have excellent attention to detail with strong administrative skills
- You have excellent customer service and enjoy interfacing with clients
- Intermediate MS Excel
- SAP would be ideal however not essential
