**About the Role**
Working with both the sales and operations teams, the Inbound Sales Consultant will be responsible for handling both inbound phone enquiries as well as any written and digital communication customer enquiries. The primary function of the role will be to control the customer journey and provide a smoother and more efficient process through booking both call back requests and creating direct customer appointments within our multiple member centres and sales team members located across Australia.
**This role will require Saturday work**
**Some of your responsibilities will look like this**:
- Ensure all inbound phone calls are answered within the SLA timeframes
- Requesting and managing call backs for customers from the appropriate team or staff member
- Provide insight and feedback around customer interactions and process suggestions
- Document and record all customer interactions
- Maintain an unwavering high level of customer service in line with Splend’s values and passion for our members
