We are looking for Inbound Sales Consultants in all areas of South Sydney, South West Sydney, West those along the M5 Airport line to join our Solutions Team, based in Padstow.

This position is full time hours and for our late shift that is rostered between 10.00am to 10.00pm.

The Role:

This is a great opportunity for you to join an iconic leader in the glass industry and to develop your sales skills.

- Full Time 38 hours a week with overtime offered during peak periods.
- Commencing rateof $30.64/hr +commission +super, with base in creases within your first 12 months.
- Take 65 – 70 callsa day and provide effective solutions to our customers.
- Book customersin for repair or replacement of their glass.
- Upsellour Value Added Products to each customer.
- Receive coaching and mentoringfrom your leader to develop your skills.
- Work in a well structured environment, where it feels like family every day.

About your Roster:

- Comprehensive training and onboarding program to set you up for success
- Training hours:will be Monday to Friday for 4 to 6 weeks from 10.00am - 6.00pm.
- Padstow based head office with free onsite parking.
- Rotating roster:will be between 10.00am and 10.00pm (Monday-Sunday) around your availability.
- Your roster will also be supportive of a flexible and work/life balance.
