Well established, privately owned property developer and investment company is seeking a Head of Finance with property experience.

**The Company**

Our client is a well established and successful property development and management business located in the CBD. Privately held and in operation for over 30 years, this is a growing company with developments and assets (commercial, retail, residential properties) in prime locations across Sydney.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Managing Director and supported by a Senior Accountant, your duties will involve end to end financial control for the business.

Duties include:

- Oversight of the preparation of management reporting
- Management of audit and statutory reporting
- Responsible for tax calculations, planning and GST (multi entity / trust structures)
- Budgets and forecasting
- Oversight of accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll
- Management of debt facilities
- Manage a team of two

**Skills and Experience**
- Property industry background desirable
- 5-10 years accounting experience
- CA/CPA qualification
- Experience with Xero desirable
- Proactive, motivated and confident personality
- Willingness to be hands on in day to day finance activities
