**Client**:
Our client is a high growth SaaS based technology group with a global footprint. They are looking for a passionate Head of Finance to steer them through rapid expansion.

**The Role**:
As the Head of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of their operations and financial processes. Your work will be instrumental in supporting and optimizing the business operations by working closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, sales, marketing, and executive leadership. If you are passionate about operations, finance, data, and technology, this is the perfect role for you

**Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Managing and analyzing financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Developing and implementing effective financial controls and processes.
- Collaborating with operations teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, audits, and regulatory compliance.
- Conducting financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
- Supporting the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assisting and often owning ad hoc projects and initiatives as required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- CA, CPA or CFA certification.
- Previous experience in finance, preferably in a technology, SaaS or startup environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven recommendations.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and financial modeling.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in using financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, ERP systems).
