As Head of Finance, you'll drive financial strategy, automation, and business transformation while partnering with executive leadership to optimise commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting to drive profitability and efficiency.
Oversee financial reporting, tax compliance, and audit processes in line with global standards.
Implement automation and process improvements, including Power BI-based financial reporting.
Provide commercial insights to support sales growth, pricing strategies, and new market expansion.
Establish strong financial controls and mitigate risks through best-practice governance.
Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
Qualifications & Experience Essential: Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA/CA accreditation.15+ years of financial leadership experience, ideally in manufacturing or sales-driven environments.
Strong commercial acumen and expertise in financial planning, cost accounting, and analysis.
Proven ability to develop Power BI reporting systems and improve financial processes.
