**SALARY: $75,000 - $80,000**

Saga Operations Pty Ltd is a growing and dynamic hospitality group managing multiple
venues across Sydney. With a focus on providing excellent service, efficient operations, and memorable customer experiences, our business thrives on teamwork, innovation, and strong leadership. We are currently seeking an experienced Office Manager to support our expanding operations and play a key role in our continued success.

Are you an experienced Office Manager looking to lead and support the operations of a busy and fast-paced hospitality business? At Saga Operations Pty Ltd, you will manage a wide range of administrative functions and help ensure the smooth running of our daily operations across venues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and coordinate office administrative systems, processes, and procedures
- Organise meetings, manage internal and external correspondence, and maintain accurate
- records
- Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial compliance
- Supervise and coordinate office staff, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance
- reviews
- Liaise with venue managers and external stakeholders to support efficient communication
- Manage procurement and inventory of office supplies and business-related equipment
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety policies
- Contribute to the development and implementation of operational procedures

Skills & Qualifications:

- Relevant qualifications in business administration, management or relevant field
- At least 1 year of proven experience in office management
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lead and support a team in a dynamic environment
- Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred - ideally in a management position or similar.
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and financial aspects including ideal targets across food/beverage/staffing/operational costs.

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
