**Your Organisation**

Based on the Bayside, this national Insurance organisation seeks a Customer Service / Administration officer to join their team on a temporary basis. Working as part of a small team in a beautiful location by the water, they have recently had an influx of work and require a reliable and switched on individual to assist with clearing a large back log of work.

With a fabulous Team Leader to provide all the required training, you will enjoy working as part of this small team

**Your Role**

Reporting to the Team Leader, your role will involve:

- Answering incoming calls
- Quoting clients on marine insurance
- Data Entry / updating client files
- Assisting with processing claims
- General administration support (filing, delivering post)
- Hours: 7.30am - 4.00pm - 5 days per week

**Your Profile**

You have a lovely demeanor and pride yourself on your ability to communicate warmly with prospective customers. You are organised and are able to pick up multiple systems quickly and learn different products. You will be a team player and work well in a small team environment

As this is a temporary role, you must be immediately available to be considered for this role.

There is all day free parking a few minutes walk away from the office and it's 10 - 15 minute walk from the train station.
