We are seeking a HR Manger or Senior HR BP looking to step up into a HR Management role.

**About the role**:
An exciting opportunity to use your generalist HR skills across a broad range of operations.

Our client is a well-known company in Agriculture with a supportive culture, to perform well in this HR role you must be willing to be a collaborative team player who has an open door and a friendly attitude.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- All aspects of recruitment including advertising, screening checks, induction, creation of employment contracts
- Participate in remuneration reviews and annual reviews
- Policy development, training and communication
- End of employment processes
- Liaise with all areas of the business to ensure all employee/line manager needs are met
- Weekly and Fortnightly Payroll
- Reporting
- Industrial Relations

**Skills and experience**:
To be successful in this role you must be organized, friendly, and flexible as well as:

- Previous experience in human resources, minimum 2 years
- Previous experience in payroll desirable however training and support can be provided
- Knowledge of fair work legislation, awards, NES
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources highly desirable.
- Confident
- Compassionate
- Ability to work with, and build relationships with, people from a wide range of backgrounds from CEO to Process Worker or Farm Hand
- Positive attitude to work
- Goal focused
- Well presented
- Excellent spoken and written English skills

Requirements of employment include a medical assessment with a drug and alcohol test and a security background check.

Experience in our industry is not essential, you need to be friendly, adaptable and have the right attitude, as we have various sites flexible work hours are required to meet the business needs.
