**Your new role**

This role is ideal for someone with Accounts Payale experience who is looking to progress their career in accounts administration.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Administration and maintenance of records
- Assist with end-to-end accounts payable processing
- Accurate coding of a high volume of AP invoices
- Reconciliation and processing payment runs
- Help coordinate the invoice approval process
- Perform supplier account reconciliations and resolve differences
- Assistance with credit card processing and staff expense claims
- Office Administration

**Qualifications**:
**About You**:

- 3+ years’ experience in an end-to-end accounts payable process for a similar size (or larger) organisation and an understanding of general accounting principles and practices
- Understanding of the Purchase Order Approval process, delegations of Authority and segregation of duties
- Experience using computerised financial systems and Microsoft Office, specifically intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and competing priorities effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- A willingness to build relationships, help the team located across Western Australia
