**About the role**
Our client, a reputable global business, is seeking an experienced accounts payable officer to join their team
**immediately** on a
**temporary basis**. Working with this supportive and friendly team-oriented environment, the role will suit an accounting professional who has accounts payable experience and is looking to work for a large international company.

**The Responsibilities**:
Reporting directly into the Accounts Payable and Receivable Manager, your daily duties will include but not be limited to:

- Data entry of high-volume invoices
- Matching, batching and coding of invoices
- Managing the Accounts Payable inbox and responding to supplier enquires.
- Preparation, allocation of costs to correct G/L accounts, and payment of weekly bills.
- Reconciliation of bank and supplier reconciliations.
- Coordinate the accounts payable system, including vendor details, record of payments and filing systems
- Other ad hoc tasks as required

- Previous experience within an accounts payable role
