**The Role**

As the Accounts Payable Officer within our Perth based Corporate Finance team you will contribute to the accurate and efficient processing of large volumes of invoices. You will also manage account enquiries and investigations across multiple divisions and stakeholders of the APM Group. You will join a supportive and experienced team reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager. This position offers flexibility with hybrid working.

**What you will do**
- Process high volumes of invoices in accordance with month end deadlines and paid within supplier terms.
- Accurate input of supplier invoices and credit note details into relevant finance systems.
- Invoices approved in line with relevant delegation of authority.
- Assist with month-end closing activities
- Identify issues, investigate, and achieve resolution within appropriate timeframes.
- Reconciliation of supplier statements.

**Skills you will bring**

You will be a confident and experienced accounts payable professional capable of working in a fast-paced and flexible environment. You draw on your experience to proactively process through your daily tasks and priorities. You will have to focus on high quality, timely outcomes and be able to work independently as well as a part of a team. You will also have,
- 3+ years’ experience in Accounts Officer role
- Experience in high volume invoice processing
- Good analytical & problem-solving skills
- Good time management and ability to work independently
- Ability to communicate in a confident and clear manner with internal and external stakeholders
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Thrive on change and a fast-paced industry
