**AP Officer - Catering Business - CBD**
**Company Background**
Our client is a well-established, and widely recognised company that is committed to providing corporate event catering. With a huge focus on elevating the catering experience, they’re currently undergoing a period of growth and are in need of an extra pair of hands to assist them through year-end, and potentially longer.
**The Role**
Your role as an AP Officer is a full-function opportunity, working in a close-knit finance team of 4. As the Accounts Payable Officer, you will report directly to the Finance Manager and be responsible for:
- Full-function accounts payable (including data entry and weekly reconciliations)
- Processing a mid-volume of invoices and credit notes
- Credit card reconciliations
- Checking, matching, and coding of invoices
- Procuring approvals for payment
**Your Background**
To be considered for this AP Officer position, you will have the following skills and attributes:
- Available immediately
- Previous AP experience
- Keen to learn with a great attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Organised and can work independently
