**About Our Client**:
Our client is a key player within the agriculture and farming industry, located in West Perth within a quiet office environment.
- Print all invoices/statements and respond to supplier queries
- Prepare pay runs of all entities for Manager review and approval, ensuring all invoices that are due are included
- Upload payment files onto internet banking account
- Enter daily invoices into MYOB, verifying coding, Checking Calculations, GST Verification
- Following up with relevant managers for verification and approval of invoices
- Ensure all invoices are entered accurately prior to BAS deadline (Monthly)
- Reconciliation of company credit cards
- Reconciliation of supplier's statements
- Assisting with daily office duties, such as answering and transferring calls and greeting visitors

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Minimum 2 years previous experience in an Accounts Payable Officer or similar position.
- Proficient in Accounting Software Packages, ideally MYOB.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel
