We are looking for someone to start ASAP for a 6-month contract paying up to $1140/ Day + Super. This role is located in Parramatta/ WFH

**About the Role**

We are currently seeking to appoint a Change manager with a leading NSW Government agency. My client are looking for an experienced, customer focused change professional who is passionate about collaboration, engaging various stakeholders and understanding the change manager’s critical role in a transformation program.

Key accountabilities include:

- Working closely with the Program Manager and leaders across the organization, the Change Manager will be in charge of leading and implementing change management efforts for the Duties and Grants Transformation Program.
- Contribute to building, maintaining and utilising the Change Toolkit and engagement strategies
- Ensure that all aspects of program change are planned, managed and delivered to a professional standard and in accordance with corporate policies, standards and procedures (both business and technical, including information security);
- Support and drive the design, implementation and outputs of change impact and business readiness workshops as requested by the Change and Experience Lead.

**About You**
- Demonstrated experience as a Change Manager in the development and
execution of change management strategies and plans in relation to change
impact in large, complex organisations
- Formal training or experience in using a recognized ADKAR Organisational Change
management strategies.
- Experience in the development and implementation of communication and
stakeholder engagement strategies in a complex, multifaceted environment
- Collaborate with the Program Manager daily, advice on change management
related and other designated strategies to support and implement work
packages, flag risks and issues and proactively contribute to the development of
mitigation strategies
