**About the role**
The Change Manager will be responsible for planning and delivering change, communications and learning activities to ensure workplace adoption of new activities, processes and technologies for a major SAP implementation.

**Responsibilities**
- Work with business stakeholders and core program streams to plan, build and deliver adoption and change readiness.
- Determine business readiness activities across the dimensions of people, process, and technology in implementing SAP S/4HANA for HCM and Finance.
- Support the planning and delivery of change events such as town halls and roadshows.
- Perform change evaluation activities such as change impact analysis, complexity assessments, stakeholder analysis and business readiness assessments leveraging core Program principles and toolsets.
- Design, develop, deliver, and evaluate training and capability uplift interventions to support change learning outcomes.
- Undertake communications and learning needs analyses as required and assess opportunities for improved customer experience.
- Support and drive the design, implementation and outputs of change impact and business readiness workshops as requested by the Change and Experience Lead.

**About you**
- Experience in SAP implementation, preferably S/4HANA and Fiori.
- Experience in Finance and HR business transformation projects.
- Experience in large and complex technology implementation projects.
- Ability to translate large and complex sets of change impact data into effective business readiness activities.
- Experience delivering HCM and Finance ERP transformation or implementations.
- Ability to identify and lead change adoption and business readiness activities, with an understanding of all components of the change management process.
