**About the role**
As the ICT Change Manager, you will be responsible for the development, coordination, and implementation of change and communication plans and activities to ensure effective people and technology change and support the successful delivery of IT-related projects and change initiatives. The role focuses on creating change management plans that minimise employee resistance and maximise engagement with ICT change initiatives.

In this critical ICT role, your responsibilities include:

- Conducting change impact assessments, analysing strategic change requirements, and developing and implementing change management strategies to ensure successful project delivery and transition.
- Collaboration with key stakeholders to develop plans, communications, and training material.
- Reporting on progress and outcomes of change management activities.
- Provide change management advice and support to the ICT Leadership Team, project teams and other key stakeholders.
- Undertaking readiness assessments, identifying potential people risks and developing specific plans to mitigate or address these gaps.
- Analysing training requirements and developing training materials to ensure training delivery meets project requirements.
- Deliver training and briefing sessions to end users and relevant stakeholders.

**You will have**
- A degree qualification in business, information technology, communications, public administration, or other relevant discipline.
- A graduate Certificate in Change Management and/or recognised change management certification (e.g., APMG International) is desirable.

We are offering an attractive salary from $131,517.00 - $144,806.00 p.a. plus Superannuation.
