**About the role**:
As Change Manager you will develop and deliver change transition plans to support organisational change initiatives and projects as you engage the **_'hearts and minds'_** **of our employees.

Through this you will identify required change activities and the people and teams required to deliver them.

Undertake communication and audience engagement activities, supported by the wider Communications and Learning and Development team.

This includes the development of collateral, resources and campaigns to drive awareness of change.

We are looking for a Change Manager that can demonstrate a true person-centred approach, who has the curiosity and flexibility to deliver the best possible results for employees and stakeholders.

As an experienced Change Manager there is plenty for you to roll your sleeves up and dive headfirst into

**Qualifications and experience**
- Bachelor qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 5 or more years' Change Management experience relating to major business transformation projects.
- Experience with change management methodologies, frameworks and tools such as Prosci/ADKAR, Kotte or similar
- Proven implementation experience relating to waterfall and agile programs or projects
- Human Centred Design methodology warmly welcomed
- A people-centred and user experience mindset and a solid understanding of **HOW** people go through a change and the change process
