**The Role**
This newly created hybrid role for a Reception and Accounts Administrator is the perfect opportunity for an experienced front of house receptionist looking to further their skills in accounts administration.

The Reception and Accounts Administrator acts as a Brand Ambassador for Essendon Volkswagen being the initial customer contact for customers entering the dealership as well as being responsible for providing timely, effective and efficient administration support to the Dealership Accountant across the full Accountancy/Finance function.

**Key responsibilities include (but not limited to)**:

- Engagement with all customers into the dealership and introduction to relevant staff
- Management of Reception area and maintaining customer area facilities
- Transaction reporting and reconciliation of bank statements
- Preparation and control of monthly debtor accounts
- Maintain creditor and debtor accounts information
- Reconciliation of creditor accounts, processing invoices
- Assist with month end reporting
- Assist with stock control activities (Registrations, Permits etc.)

- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise
- Ability to support a busy sales and finance team - multitasking to meet various deadlines
- Computer Literate with Strong Accuracy & Attention to Detail.
- Knowledge of basic accounting processes
- **Proven Experience in a Reception or Accounts Administration role is Highly Regarded**
